The Oklahoma Elks Association 111th Annual Spring Convention will be held April 20‐22, 2018 at the Sheraton Midwest City Hotel at the Reed Conference Center, 5750 Will Rogers Road, Midwest City, OK 73110.
You must contact the hotel directly at 405‐455‐1800 to make your reservations. Please let them know you are an Elk to receive the special rate of $104.00/night plus taxes. Reservations must be made by March 31, 2018, to receive the Elk rate. After this date, the rate is NOT guaranteed. All reservations will require a first night room deposit with a major credit card. The rooms are guaranteed; therefore, if you need to cancel your reservation, you must give notice at least seventy‐two (72) hours prior to the arrival date. Members are responsible for their own rooms – DO NOT send payment with this registration.
There are 4 Hospitality Rooms available at a rate of $250/night. All hospitality rooms will be located poolside and include a separate bedroom. These can be reserved by contacting Larry East at 918‐209‐ 8729. The hotel will not allow any hospitality rooms on the guest floors.
Prepaid convention registrations should be returned to the Convention Committee by April 1, 2018. Notification of cancellation of registration must be given to the Convention Committee at least four (4) days prior to the first day of the Convention. No refunds will be granted after April 17, 2018.
Last minute changes may be necessary to the Schedule of Events. Please watch the State Website or the Bulletin Board in the State Hospitality Room.
