\nThe Oklahoma Elks Association 116th Annual Fall State Convention will be held September 8, 9, & 10 2023 at the
\nSequoyah State Park Lodge. Prepaid convention registrations should be returned to the Convention Committee by
\nAugust 14, 2023. Please detach the below registration and return with payment to:

\nHotel and Cabin Reservations must be made by August 1, 2023. Elks are responsible for making their own reservations.
\nPlease call the number above and state that you are with the Elks. All reservations will require a first night room deposit
\nwith a major credit card. After August 1 2023, if the rooms are not reserved, the hotel may open reservations to the
\npublic.
\nThe Bunkhouse will be the location of the State Hospitality room. All Hospitality Rooms will be provided a room in the
\nhall of the bunkhouse for storage or to use in the case of inclement weather. This will include a spot in the courtyard for
\nyour popup canopy to entertain where the State entertainment is located. This is first come first serve and will be at a
\nrate of $150 for the weekend. All hospitality rooms are reserved through the Committee Chairman Kevin Johnson (918)
\n232-1420.
\nNotification of cancellation of registration must be given to the Convention Committee no later than August 24, 2023.
\nNo refunds will be granted after August 24. 2023.
