Conference which will be held<br \/>\nJanuary 27, 2024 at the Grand Casino Hotel in Shawnee, Ok. Standard<br \/>\nrooms are available both Friday and Saturday nights for $104.00 +<br \/>\ntaxes. Suites are $119.00 + taxes(upon availability). All Elks are<br \/>\nresponsible for their own reservations. Please use group code: Elks24<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The hotel has no \u201chospitality\u201d rooms available. Because of this, there<br \/>\nwill be no registration fee this year. You are more than welcome to<br \/>\nbring your own adult beverages and keep them in your room. It will<br \/>\nalso be permissible to gather in other peoples rooms and hallways so<br \/>\nlong as your beverage is in an unmarked cup. There are several open<br \/>\nrestaurants and adult beverage \u201cstations\u201d to enjoy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">There will be a SE District Advisory meeting at 11:00 AM Saturday<br \/>\nmorning in the Eagle rooms 1 and 2 with catered lunch to follow at<br \/>\napproximately 12:00 noon. The SEVP meeting will start following<br \/>\nlunch at 1:00 PM. It is expected that each SE District Lodge will be<br \/>\nrepresented by the ER, Leading Knight, Secretary and Trustee<br \/>\nChairman.
