Call 918-772-2545 to make your<br \/>\nreservations. Mention the Elks NE District VP meeting when you call.<br \/>\nYou must make your own registrations.<br \/>\nThere will be a $10 registration fee for each attendee. When you arrive,<br \/>\nplease come to the hospitality room to register and pay the registration fee.<br \/>\nYou must pay the registration fee to enter and use the hospitality room &#8211;<br \/>\nNO EXCEPTIONS. The hospitality room will be available from 10 am<br \/>\nSaturday morning until whenever Saturday night. Lunch will be provided<br \/>\nin the &#8220;Bunk House&#8221; Saturday until 12:30. Saturday Evening there will be<br \/>\na taco bar set up. Additionally a Ladies Entertainment consisting of a wine<br \/>\ntasting (3 wines) paired with food will be provided.<br \/>\nThe business meeting will be @ I :00 pm. It is expected that all NE District<br \/>\ncommittee members will attend and be prepared to give a report. It is also<br \/>\nrequested that if possible that the ER, Leading Knight, Secretary and Head<br \/>\nof Trustees attend. We will be electing NE VP. Lodges make sure to have<br \/>\nyour credentials up to date.
