Oklahoma Elks,<\/h2>\n

As most of everyone is aware there was an electrical fire at Sequoyah Lodge. There was severe smoke damage in all the rooms on both sides of the pool. The restaurant is also closed. The good news is we are still having the Convention there. The cabins behind the bunkhouse are the only rooms available. Prices are listed below:<\/span><\/p>\n

Two-person cabins $80.00<\/span><\/p>\n

Two-person cabins w\/kitchen $90.00<\/span><\/p>\n

Four-person cabins $100.00<\/span><\/p>\n

Four-person cabins w\/kitchen $115.00<\/span><\/p>\n

To make your reservations call: 918 708-2683. When calling make sure to mention the Elks NE District Convention.<\/span><\/p>\n

Make your reservations by January 24, 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n

There will be a $10 registration fee for each attendee. When you arrive, please come to the hospitality room to register and pay the registration fee on Saturday. You must pay the registration fee to enter and use the hospitality room- NO EXCEPTIONS. The hospitality room will be available from 10:00 AM Saturday morning until whenever Saturday night.<\/span><\/p>\n

There is a trustee meeting on Saturday Feb. 8th at 10:00 AM in Sequoyah Hall room. It is expected that all NE District Committee members attend and be prepared to report at the business meeting in the Sequoyah Hall at 1 PM.<\/span><\/p>\n

For each NE Lodge it is expected that the ER, Leading Knight, Secretary and Head of Trustees will attend. We will be electing next year’s NEVP. Lodges make sure to have your credentials up to date. Dress is coat and tie for the business meeting.<\/span><\/p>\n

We hope you can come and mingle with other Elks. All Oklahoma Elks are Welcome. You are welcome to arrive on Friday Feb. 7th and spend the night before the meeting on the 8th. Be sure to attend the 1:00 PM business mtg. on Saturday and Karaoke.<\/span><\/p>\n
