Prepaid convention registrations should be returned to the Convention Committee by<br \/>\nAugust 14, 2023. Please detach the below registration and return with payment to:<br \/>\nKevin Johnson<br \/>\nConvention Committee State Chairman<br \/>\n20760 Gun Club Rd<br \/>\nMorris, OK 74445-2861<br \/>\nHotel and Cabin Reservations must be made by August 1, 2023. Elks are responsible for making their own reservations.<br \/>\nPlease call the number above and state that you are with the Elks. All reservations will require a first night room deposit<br \/>\nwith a major credit card. After August 1 2023, if the rooms are not reserved, the hotel may open reservations to the<br \/>\npublic.<br \/>\nThe Bunkhouse will be the location of the State Hospitality room. All Hospitality Rooms will be provided a room in the<br \/>\nhall of the bunkhouse for storage or to use in the case of inclement weather. This will include a spot in the courtyard for<br \/>\nyour popup canopy to entertain where the State entertainment is located. This is first come first serve and will be at a<br \/>\nrate of $150 for the weekend.
