The Advisory meeting will be at 10:30 with lunch to follow at 12:00 noon. The General Business Meeting will begin at 1:30 PM. We will have our Vice President Banquet at 6:30 Saturday evening. Dress will be coat and tie Registration with Lunch and Banquet will be $35.00 per person.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\">Registration will cover the cost of food as we will not have a Hospitality room but McAlester lounge will be open for business.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\">Host hotel will be Best Western Located at 1215 George Nigh Expressway McAlester OK. Make your own hotel reservations at <\/span><span class=\"s2\">918-426-0115.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Mention Southeast Elks for room rate of $104.16 tax <\/span><span class=\"s2\">included.
