Reservations must be made by April<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">1st, 2025, to receive the Elk rate. After this date, the rate is NOT guaranteed. All reservations will<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">require a first night room deposit with a major credit card. The rooms are guaranteed; therefore, if you<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">need to cancel your reservation, you must give notice at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the arrival<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">date. Members are responsible for their own rooms \u2013 DO NOT send payment with this registration.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Prepaid convention registrations should be returned to the Convention Committee by April 1st, 2025.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Last minute changes may be necessary to the Schedule of Events.
