all lodges and members to the 117th Annual Oklahoma Elks Association Fall Convention

September 6-8, 2024 at the Sequoyah State Park located at

All reservations will re’tftlire a first night room deposit with a major credit card. After August 1 2024, if the rooms are not reserved, the hotel may open reservations to the public. The Bunkhouse will be the location of the State Hospitality room. All Hospitality Rooms will be provided a room in the hall of the bunkhouse for storage or to use in the case of inclement weather. This will include a spot in .the courtyard for your popup canopy to entertain where the State entertainment is located. This is first come first serve and will be at a rate of $150 for the weekend. All hospitality rooms are reserved through the Committee Chairman Kevin Johnson

Notification of cancellation of registration must be given to the Convention Committee no later than August 22, 2024. No refunds will be granted after August 22. 2024. Please plan to attend the annual golf tournament on Friday September 6th, 2024 Contact Chris Tharp 918-499-0740 to register.
