NE District Convention
The Oklahoma Elks Northeast District invites all members to the 2026 District
VP Meeting at Western Hills Lodge in Hulbert, OK, on February 6th, 7th with
rooms available February 5th, 6th for $109 plus tax call 918-772-2545 and
mention the Elks block; reservation cutoff is January 20. Registration is $20
per attendee for the hospitality room, or $35 fee for the Saturday banquet. A
trustee meeting will be held Saturday at 10:00 AM, followed by the district
business meeting at 1:00 PM; proper dress per protocol is required. The
weekend includes the District Ritual Contest on Friday, with 3 hours of 30 min
training sessions on ENF/Grants, Veterans Association, FRS, OEMP, Youth
Activities, and Government Relations. All Oklahoma Elks are welcome to
attend and enjoy fellowship throughout the weekend.
