Saturday, February 10th, 2024, at Sequoyah Lodge, 19808 Park I 0, Hulbert, OK.
Rooms are available for Friday/Saturday night. Call 918-772-2545 to make your
reservations. Mention the Elks NE District VP meeting when you call.
You must make your own registrations.
There will be a $10 registration fee for each attendee. When you arrive,
please come to the hospitality room to register and pay the registration fee.
You must pay the registration fee to enter and use the hospitality room –
NO EXCEPTIONS. The hospitality room will be available from 10 am
Saturday morning until whenever Saturday night. Lunch will be provided
in the “Bunk House” Saturday until 12:30. Saturday Evening there will be
a taco bar set up. Additionally a Ladies Entertainment consisting of a wine
tasting (3 wines) paired with food will be provided.
The business meeting will be @ I :00 pm. It is expected that all NE District
committee members will attend and be prepared to give a report. It is also
requested that if possible that the ER, Leading Knight, Secretary and Head
of Trustees attend. We will be electing NE VP. Lodges make sure to have
your credentials up to date. Dress is coat and tie for the business meeting.
All Oklahoma Elks are welcome to attend.
