The District Deputy Grand Exalted Ruler Clinic is scheduled for Sunday September 22 at the Tulsa Lodge #946 at 10 a.m.. All district Chairpersons should be prepared to give a report. Enclosed is a preliminary copy of the agenda.

According to the laws of the order, it is required that the Exalted Ruler, Leading Knight, Secretary, Treasurer and the Chairperson of the Board of trustees, or the Board of Directors, be present. If you are not able to attend, please send me a letter or email prior to the clinic to fandidudley@gmail.com

This is a Business Meeting and the dress for clinic is lodge Business attire.

Please bring a copy of your lodge Membership report.
