Northeast Vice President Meeting

I would like to invite all Elks to the NE District VP meeting on Saturday Feb 11, 2023 at
Sequoyah Lodge, 19808 Park 10, Hulbert, OK. Rooms are available for Friday/Saturday
night. Rooms can be reserved for $109 + taxes for standard rooms per night. Cabana rooms can be rented for $149 + taxes per night. Call 918-772-2545 to make your reservation.
Mention the Elks Northeast District VP meeting when you call. Make your registration by Jan 27 if possible. There is a block of rooms reserved for the Elks. You must make your own registrations.
There will be a $10 registration fee for each attendee. When you arrive please come to the hospitality room to register and pay the registration fee on Saturday. You must pay the
registration fee to enter and use the hospitality room-NO EXCEPTIONS. The hospitality room will be available from 10:00 AM Saturday morning until whenever Saturday night.
