Oklahoma Southeast District Convention
On behalf of Southeast District Vice-President Tabetha Boss I would like to extend an invitation to your Officers, Members and Spouses to attend The Southeast District Convention will be held January 17th-18th at McAlester Elks Lodge #533, 3100 Elk Drive McAlester OK. McAlester Lodge Restaurant will be open Friday evening for anyone wanting to eat at your own expense.
Meetings will take place at the McAlester Elks Lodge on Saturday January 18th. The Advisory meeting will be at 10:30 with lunch to follow at 12:00 noon. The General Business Meeting will begin at 1:30 PM. We will have our Vice President Banquet at 6:30 Saturday evening. Dress will be coat and tie Registration with Lunch and Banquet will be $35.00 per person.
Registration will cover the cost of food as we will not have a Hospitality room but McAlester lounge will be open for business.
Host hotel will be Best Western Located at 1215 George Nigh Expressway McAlester OK. Make your own hotel reservations at 918-426-0115. Mention Southeast Elks for room rate of $104.16 tax included. Entertainment to follow banquet.
