Oklahoma Southwest District Convention

The SW District Convention will take place from February 28th to March 2nd, 2025, at Lake Murray State Lodge in Ardmore, OK. Be sure to make your reservations today by calling the Lodge at 580-223-6600. A one-night deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due at check-in. The cost for a hotel room is $145 per night. Additional accommodations, including cabins and other facilities, are available—please contact the reservation desk for pricing and mention that you’re with the SW District Elks to ensure you receive the appropriate rates.

The full event schedule will be shared soon, but one highlight to look forward to is the District Deputy Clinic, which will be held on-site at 10:00 AM on Saturday, March 1st.
