OKLAHOMA ELKS ASSOCIATION
SOUTHEAST DISTRICT VICE PRESIDENT CONFERENCE

I would like to invite all Elks to attend the Oklahoma Elks
Association Southeast District V.P. Conference which will be held
January 27, 2024 at the Grand Casino Hotel in Shawnee, Ok. Standard
rooms are available both Friday and Saturday nights for $104.00 +
taxes. Suites are $119.00 + taxes(upon availability). All Elks are
responsible for their own reservations. Please use group code: Elks24

The hotel has no “hospitality” rooms available. Because of this, there
will be no registration fee this year. You are more than welcome to
bring your own adult beverages and keep them in your room. It will
also be permissible to gather in other peoples rooms and hallways so
long as your beverage is in an unmarked cup. There are several open
restaurants and adult beverage “stations” to enjoy.

There will be a SE District Advisory meeting at 11:00 AM Saturday
morning in the Eagle rooms 1 and 2 with catered lunch to follow at
approximately 12:00 noon. The SEVP meeting will start following
lunch at 1:00 PM. It is expected that each SE District Lodge will be
represented by the ER, Leading Knight, Secretary and Trustee
Chairman. Dress is to be coat and tie for all meetings.
