Hotel information for the Southwest District V.P. Golf Tournament is as
follows:
1. The host hotel for our September 26th tournament is the Best Western Plus
Hotel located at 2600 West Broadway in Ardmore, Oklahoma. They have
offered our District a block of 20 rooms at a rate of $99.00/night + tax.
2. To get this special rate, you must call the hotel directly and request the Elk
rate. Their phone number is (580) 223-3200. The cutoff date to get this rate
is September 10th . We highly recommend that you book your rooms early.
We look forward to a fun-filled weekend in Ardmore. Don’t forget that the
Ardmore Lodge will be having a Fish Fry the Friday night before the
tournament on Saturday.
